These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website and the purchase of tickets for the Groninger Filmdagen festival.

The Groninger Filmdagen is organized by FilmVereniging Groningen, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 77089766 number as registered under FilmVereniging Groningen).

The festival will take place on October 3, 4, and 5 2025 at Campus Camera, Groningen .

By accessing this website or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website serves as:

3. Ticket Sales & Payments

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Confirmation

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

5. Access & Admission

  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry.

  • The organization reserves the right to refuse admission or remove visitors in case of misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of rules.

  • Late entry to screenings or events may not be permitted.

  • All content on the website (texts, images, videos, branding) is the property of Groninger Filmdagen or its partners unless stated otherwise.

  • Films screened during the festival remain the property of their creators.

7. Participation (Filmmakers & Speakers)

  • By submitting content (films, materials, bios), participants grant the organization the right to use this material for promotional purposes.

  • Participants confirm they hold the necessary rights to the submitted content.

8. Liability

  • The organization is not liable for:

    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during the event

    • Technical issues on the website or payment platform

    • Program changes beyond reasonable control

Participation in the event is at your own risk.
